1. What is Herbal Smokes?

Herbal Smokes are made from premium certified food-grade herbs. 

Here at Blendchett, we crafted five unique recipes made from organic herbs of the best quality to address every smoker's unique preferences;

• Cate Blendchett - For relaxation
• Robyn Brooks - For quitting tobacco
• Bette Porter - Reduce anxiety
• Dayang - Help with sleep troubles
• Jean Milburn - Increase sexual drive

Our blends are free of tobacco, nicotine, and any addictive substances. 100% Organic Herbs.

2. Is smoking Blendchett safe?

Smoking is always a health risk, you’re burning leaves & inhaling them. However, we’ve found this to be much milder and more soothing than smoking tobacco. Most tobacco products have synthetics and nasty stuff in them that makes it even worse for you.

3. What herbs do you use? 

We use total of 14 premium food-grade herbs to create the perfect mix for these 5 unique blends;

• Cate Blendchett - Raspberry leaf, Chamomile, Passionflower, Peppermint, & Hibiscus
• Bette Porter - Raspberry leaf, Catnip, Blue lotus, & Lavender
• Robyn Brooks - Raspberry leaf, Mullein, Chamomile, Licorice & Calendula
• Dayang - Mullein, Skullcap, Lavender, & Rose
• Jean Milburn - Mullein, Damiana, Blue lotus, Rose & Hibiscus

4. Is this legal? Does it contain weed? 

We only use herbs that are legal in Malaysia and do not contain marijuana.

5. Will smoking herbal smokes make me feel high?

If you are referring to “feeling high” to smoking weed, then no. Our herbal smoke does not contain marijuana so it doesn’t make you feel high. However, Cate Blendchett and Bette Porter blends are designed by us to give that calm effect. Give it a try?

6. Will smoking Blendchett cause me to fail drug test?

Absolutely not. It only contains legal food-grade herbs. 

7. Can I mix this with my "greens"/tobacco?

Yes, you can mix our blends with tobacco/"greens". However, we do not support the activity of using illegal substances, doing so is entirely up to you. Suggested blends ratio of 4:5 or 1:1. Some like to mix them and grind them together before rolling. Entirely up to you.

8. Can the blends be smoked in a pipe?

Yes, Blendchett produces a smooth and flavorful smoke out of a pipe.

9. What's the difference between Herbal Smokes, Single Blunts, Loose Blends, and Loose Blends Mini?

Herbal Smokes are hand-rolled cigarettes packed in a biodegradable kraft tube containing 8 herbal cigarettes in each tube. 

Single Blunts are one hand-rolled herbal cigarette individually packed in a plastic cork tube.

Loose Blends are 4 grams of herbal blends that are packaged in tin containers & makes 8-10 rolls/joints if not mixed with other herbs/tobacco (depends on filter and rolling paper size)

Loose Blends Mini contains 2 grams of herbal blends & makes 4-5 rolls/joints instead. 

10. What does it smell like? Will it stinks up my clothes/car/room? Does it smell like weed or regular cigarettes?

When burnt, it has a light burning smell, like the smell of a burning paper. Almost has no smell at all. 

11. How long is the shelf life? Will it expire?

Our products have the “best by” date of 18 months after each batch is blended. Each batch is small and made by hand, so the dates vary.  Also, despite a “best by” date, herbal blends don’t really go bad, but they can lose potency. If kept in good condition, the blends remain at their maximum potency for up to two years.

12. Does handmade herbal smokes means that you roll them by hand? How do I know if the processes are hygienic and clean enough?

Yes, we roll them by ourselves. We wear gloves and face masks while handling the herbs. For sealing, we use tap water and cotton buds. You can check out our Instagram Stories @Blendchett for Behind-The-Scenes of our work process. 

13. What makes your smokable herbs special?

Our selection of natural herbal blends is designed to mimic the consistency of your favourite recreational herbs to smoke. They bring different levels of aromatic flavours for an enjoyable smoking, and sensory experience tailored to each user's preferences.

We do not transform any ingredients in our herbal blends other than carefully removing all the stems that could puncture your paper during the rolling as well as grinding them to the ideal consistency to take up the right volume while rolling and have the perfect burning timings when lit.

14. Does your herbal blends procure any effects on the body or mind?

Whilst all of the organic herbs we use in our products each have their own rich history and recommended uses in natural healing, we do not claim in any way that our products can have beneficial effects when smoked. 

15. Does that mean smoking your products is good for me?

Simply put, no. Any type of smoking is dangerous to your health, including herbal blends, alternative cigarettes, or herbal cigarettes. The action of smoking produces tar and carbon monoxide. Our smokable herbs and smoking mixes are meant to be smoked on their own or with your "favourite herb" by 18+ responsible adults.

16. Then why use Blendchett's smokable herbs if they won't help my health?

Our herbal smokes offer various advantages to recreational smokers that are completely unrelated to health : 

• A tobacco-free alternative or natural tobacco substitute, nicotine-free quit smoking aid.
• Extremely smooth herbal smoke can reduce the harsh sensation of smoking significantly.

Shipping & Orders

1. Can you not include the word "herbal smokes" or "blunts" on the packaging?

Don't worry, we have discreet packaging - your mom / dad / partner / colleagues / cat / hamster won't know you bought cigarettes.

2. Is COD, Pickups or Grab/Lalamove available?

Currently, we do not offer COD or Pickups. However, we do provide the option to schedule delivery through Lalamove. For more information, please  reach out to us on WhatsApp by clicking here.

3. How much is the shipping charge?

Standard shipping to Peninsular Malaysia is RM8 and Sabah & Sarawak RM16. Free Shipping for orders above RM100 within Malaysia.

4. When can I expect my parcel? 

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days with J&T Express/DHL/Pos Laju. The estimated delivery duration for east Malaysia is 5 working days and west Malaysia 8 working days. 

Exceptions may occur during busier times of the year, or if there's been a note made to our social media/website. No refunds are given for late deliveries by courier.

5. Where can I get my tracking number?

You will receive an email from Blendchett with your tracking number for you to track your order.

6. I've placed an order but mistakenly clicked on Back/Return page, now I don't know how to proceed with payment. What do I do?

No worries, you can proceed with a manual online transfer.

7. I've mistakenly placed multiple orders, what do I do?

Please contact us via Whatsapp (+601154109100) or email ([email protected]) or Instagram (@blendchett) to inform us to delete one of the orders. Thank you.

8. I've entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your shipping information. If you realize there's an error, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer - we rely on the address that you provide.

Please note: You will not be able to cancel your order once shipment has been arranged. Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
